The interiors of the hotel are modern. The employees at the hotel were great and informative. My room was brilliant and tidy with a great view and fresh sheets. The service, in general, was polite.

Beautiful and adequate room

New building and rooms with kitchen. Unbeatable and awesome location to Woolworths. Just off the beach, tram station, restaurants, and shopping. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Gold Coast

Everything was good, awesome location near to the Caville Ave tram station and the Main Street and beach and restaurants, Woolworth's and a reasonable walk to the beach, decent experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Surfers Paradise for a girls weekend and had a fantastic time. the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was in the heart of Surfers Paradise, surrounded by Woolworths and plenty of restaurants and cafes. We didn't have to go far for anything we needed. Additionally, the rooms were just as beautiful and spacious as they appeared in the pictures online. We were on level 25 and had a wonderful view from our balcony. It was so nice to wake up to that every morning. Another great aspect of this hotel was the attention to detail in the rooms. The amenities were basic but provided everything we needed, and the staff ensured that our rooms were clean and well-maintained. this hotel offered great value for money.

All in all, everything was ok.

Location + Room size and facilities

We expected more from room service. Some of the furnuture is damaged/scratched. Room service were violated our privacy two times.

Great location very close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is a good size and has been recently renovated, with a lounge area and a comfortable couch bed.

We had a room with amazing sunrise views, a luxurious bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and spa bathtub, and the team here was incredibly helpful in guiding us around.

Apartment layout with balcony and spacious spa bathroom. Great view over the water from a high level. Super close to everything with a helpful Woolies nearby.
